In 2014 Eriano won the first place prize for ‘Best idea in healthcare of The Netherlands’ (by Dutch ONVZ) with DiscoverDementia: his graduation research for Industrial Design at Eindhoven University of Technology, in which he researched dementia and created a prototype product.
